Privacy Policy
Effective 16 August 2026
OffPossible is an independent, non-commercial experimental project operated by Elisey Soloviev. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the site, use its optional AI-generated experience, or contact the project.
Prompts and generated results
If you use the generative experience, the concept you submit and the copy generated from it are sent through a Cloudflare Worker to OpenRouter and a selected AI model provider. The system also screens submissions for relevance and safety. Acceptance or rejection only controls this creative experience and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Prompts and model responses may be retained through OpenRouter's private input and output logging so the operator can review what people try, debug failures, maintain safety, and study and develop the experiment. Private logs are accessible through the operator's OpenRouter account and are not enabled for OpenRouter's product-improvement or model-training use.
Requests remain restricted to model endpoints that support zero data retention, and provider data collection is denied. Private OpenRouter logging is separate from provider retention. See OpenRouter's private logging documentation and zero-data-retention documentation.
Please do not submit names, contact details, credentials, personal, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information. Submissions are not confidential and do not restrict the independent development of similar ideas. OffPossible will not publish or reproduce the specific expression of a submission outside operating and studying the experiment without separate permission.
Technical data, hosting, and abuse prevention
The site and the AI request endpoint are delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP address, request time, browser information, and security signals, to deliver the site, maintain security, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
The AI request endpoint also uses IP address for short-term rate limiting. OffPossible does not link this information to retained prompts or use it to build a visitor profile. The site does not currently send cursor movement, hover history, or time-on-site to the AI system.
The site requests the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Google receives technical request data, including IP address, requested URL, browser information, and referring page. Google Fonts does not set advertising cookies through this request.
Messages you send us
The site does not ask for your email address. If you contact OffPossible directly by email, the project receives your address and anything you include in the message and uses it to respond and continue the conversation.
Service providers
Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the site: Cloudflare for hosting and security, OpenRouter and its selected model providers for generation, Google for fonts, and the email provider if you write to the project. They may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments. OffPossible does not sell personal information.
Why we process information
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, a submitted concept is processed to provide the experience you request. OffPossible relies on legitimate interests to operate, secure, study, and develop the experiment, limit abuse, diagnose failures, and respond to correspondence. Prompt content is not used for direct marketing.
Retention
OpenRouter states that privately logged prompts and responses are retained for a minimum of three months and may be retained longer unless deletion is requested. OffPossible may request deletion when stored logs are no longer useful. Technical logs and request metadata are kept by service providers under their own retention settings. Email correspondence is kept only while useful for the conversation or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, email info@offpossible.com. Because OffPossible does not create user accounts or intentionally link prompts to identity, include enough information to locate the relevant submission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the services behind it change. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
